The above performer is an independent contractor and assumes all responsibility of withholding Social Security, as well as State, Federal and Local taxes, and also assumes responsibility for transportation insurance.
In the event performer is not able to appear. Scott Boman will notify purchaser and do his best to contract an entertainer to provide the same service under the terms stated above. [Else refund deposit.] Purchaser in signing this contract him/her-self or having same signed by a representative, acknowledges his / her authority to do so and hereby assumes responsibility for the total amount stated.
